SUP COURSES (STAND UP PADDLE) IN SOUTH TENERIFE

Come to our Stand Up Paddle school, alone, with your couple, family or friends to enjoy one of the sports that grow every day more and more worldwide and you will have a great time since the minute one. Our monitor are official by the Spanish and Canarian Federation of surf, they will guide you in this Polinesian sport for any age.

We recomend 8 years old minimum and to know how to swim.

SUP EXCURSION:

Go along the coast and enjoy the landscape of south Tenerife, in the meanwhile you will learn basic technics of paddle, position, equilibrium and turns. You will find a nice dolphin in the way or maybe a turtle next to you! Know more on kayak and sup excursion

COMPLETE COURSE OF SUP:

How is a Sup course?

1st DAY SUP (2 hours): We iniciate you on Sup where you learn: to know the material, ocean and meteorology (analyze and choose the navegation area, how winds perform, etc). Safety (hard conditions, currents, boats and people). SUP TECHNIQUES found the center of balance, play with the center of gravity, paddle technique and turns.

2nd DAY SUP (2 hours): Develope the techniques of SUP, improve your equilibrium, paddle technique, turns and you will learn to take advantage of the waves in navigation and the breeze to glide better.

3rd DAY SUP (2 hours): It is the moment to cacht your first waves in Tenerife!

You have inclusive: official instructor, all the material: Board, padlle and vest, insurance and transfers from your hotel (in the area between Adeje and Arona) not inclusive in Try Sup.
